We confirm the plan and do the work
For interlock, David walks the surface with you in person, takes precise measurements, and leaves a written proposal. For lawns, he confirms your price by email from your aerial measurement, then we arrive with the plan and do the work that same visit — any change on the day agreed with you first. Steam & Sod lawn replacement is the exception: David sees that one in person before the price is confirmed. Sometimes the recommendation is a smaller job than you expected. David will adjust the scope, phase the work, or simplify the approach where that fits better — with the trade-offs explained before anything is booked. In season, interlock work is typically booked one to three weeks out; lawn work runs two to ten days, prioritized around weather and area.
