Price your Clean + Seal, before you talk to anyone.
Answer a few questions and see a real range on screen — no email required. Sealing starts with sound joints, so the estimator asks about yours first. The free assessment verifies them before anything is booked.
Start with your address. Then paint the surface you want sealed on the satellite photo below — or type the size by hand. Your address confirms you are in our area and lets us price your property rather than a city average, so it is the one thing we need up front.

Pick a surface, pick the width of that surface, then drag down the middle of it — a 3 ft brush paints a 3 ft walk in one pass.

Only pricing part of it? Tap a surface to leave it out — tap again to bring it back. Painting close is plenty; David measures precisely at the free assessment.
Price your sealing in about 60 seconds.
Sealing a driveway comes down to the sand in the joints: a coating over a standard polymeric sand can crack under vehicle loads, while a cured driveway-rated sand handles it with little risk. We price it either way — the free assessment confirms which sand your joints hold before anything is booked.
Wider joints hold more sand for the sealer to soak into, so they take a little more product. Not sure? Leave it on standard — David measures it at the assessment.
Older or unknown joints usually need restoration before any sealer — coating a failing joint locks the failure in. Your price lives in the restoration estimator, and every Natural Finish restoration cures CAT5-ready.
Settled spots mean restoration comes first — sealer belongs over sound, level joints. Price the restoration and the surface cures CAT5-ready.
Every job gets two coats as standard — that is how Trident designs CAT5, and the second coat is what evens the finish out so there are no thin spots. A third pass simply lays down more sealant on a surface that is already sealed.
This is our minimum sealing visit — one full working day of cleaning, drying, staged mixing and coating is the cost on small surfaces, not the square footage.
Keeping it there. The Annual Maintenance & Warranty visit — around $385 +HST a year for a typical patio or walkway, larger surfaces more — is what keeps sealed-surface coverage in force.
- Full OxyShock MAX cleaning pass — applied, agitated, rinsed
- EffBOMB efflorescence treatment — always, before any sealer goes down
- Same-visit drying, then the sealer mixed fresh on site and applied
- Trident Hurricane CAT5 two-part urethane — enhancing satin finish
- The assessment verifies your joints before anything is booked

Common questions
What exactly is included in Clean + Seal?
The full same-visit sequence: an OxyShock MAX cleaning pass (applied, agitated, and rinsed), drying time, then Trident Hurricane CAT5 — a two-part urethane mixed on site in stages (90-minute pot life) and applied at sealing coverage. One rule has no exceptions: a sealer locks in whatever it covers. If the stones carry the white efflorescence haze — or any stain the wash cannot lift — it is treated before the coat goes down, never sealed in. That is why the calculator asks.
Why do you ask about the joints before showing a price?
Because sealer belongs over cured, sound polymeric sand — coating a failing joint locks the failure in. Joints we restored, or a newer installation still sitting level, are sealing candidates and the assessment verifies them. Older or unknown joints usually need Interlock Restoration — Natural Finish first. That surface cures CAT5-ready in 30+ days.
Is the range binding?
A cost-up range from real product and labour costs, starting at $950 +HST. David verifies the joints and the surface at the free assessment, then confirms your exact price in writing — nothing is booked before that.
Can this happen the same day as a cleaning?
Yes — that is how it is done when the joints qualify: wash, dry, seal in one visit. The one thing that never happens same-day is sealing over freshly rebuilt joints — new polymeric sand cures 30+ days before CAT5.
