Interlock CAT5 Seal & Renew

Price your Clean + Seal, before you talk to anyone.

Answer a few questions and see a real range on screen — no email required. Sealing starts with sound joints, so the estimator asks about yours first. The free assessment verifies them before anything is booked.

Start with your address. Then paint the surface you want sealed on the satellite photo below — or type the size by hand. Your address confirms you are in our area and lets us price your property rather than a city average, so it is the one thing we need up front.

Interlock CAT5 Seal & Renew — Clean + Seal

Price your sealing in about 60 seconds.

sq ft
What kind of surface is it?
Paver size?
Joint width — the gap between stones?

Wider joints hold more sand for the sealer to soak into, so they take a little more product. Not sure? Leave it on standard — David measures it at the assessment.

Step 2 — Send Your Request

Like your price range? Book the assessment.

Send your details and David comes to verify the joints — the ten minutes that decide whether your surface seals now or restores first. Your exact price is confirmed in writing after that. No obligation, no pressure.

Common questions

What exactly is included in Clean + Seal?

The full same-visit sequence: an OxyShock MAX cleaning pass (applied, agitated, and rinsed), drying time, then Trident Hurricane CAT5 — a two-part urethane mixed on site in stages (90-minute pot life) and applied at sealing coverage. One rule has no exceptions: a sealer locks in whatever it covers. If the stones carry the white efflorescence haze — or any stain the wash cannot lift — it is treated before the coat goes down, never sealed in. That is why the calculator asks.

Why do you ask about the joints before showing a price?

Because sealer belongs over cured, sound polymeric sand — coating a failing joint locks the failure in. Joints we restored, or a newer installation still sitting level, are sealing candidates and the assessment verifies them. Older or unknown joints usually need Interlock Restoration — Natural Finish first. That surface cures CAT5-ready in 30+ days.

Is the range binding?

A cost-up range from real product and labour costs, starting at $950 +HST. David verifies the joints and the surface at the free assessment, then confirms your exact price in writing — nothing is booked before that.

Can this happen the same day as a cleaning?

Yes — that is how it is done when the joints qualify: wash, dry, seal in one visit. The one thing that never happens same-day is sealing over freshly rebuilt joints — new polymeric sand cures 30+ days before CAT5.
